Ranbir Kapoor starrer ‘Animal’ directed by Sandeep Reddy Vanga is an action packed avatar. The filmmakers opened its advance booking from Friday morning and the response has been tremendous. The movie will hit the theatres on 1st of December 2023.
On the day of the counters opening up, Animal has sold over 50,000 tickets in the three national chains – Inox, Cinepolis and PVR.
The record-breaking sell of tickets is inferred as one the biggest responses for a feature film in the post-pandemic world alongside the likes of Brahmastra and Tiger 3. The movie is outselling the 2023 blockbuster, Gadar 2, in terms of advance ticket booking. On the first day of tickets going live for sale, Brahmastra sold around 30k tickets in national chains, and Tiger 3 sold 53k tickets. Animal that was predicting to see sales of around 45,000 tickets has surpassed expectations by managing to sell 52,500 tickets across national multiplex chains alone.
