Bhabhi Ji Ghar Par Hain actor Feroz Khan death, Saumya Tandon says she ‘can’t forget the episode where he became Amitabh Bachchan’

Actor Feroz Khan, best known for his role in the popular TV show Bhabi Ji Ghar Pe Hai, died of a heart attack on Thursday.
Television actor Firoz Khan, famous for imitating Amitabh Bachchan and his character in the popular TV show ‘Bhabhi Ji Ghar Pe Hain’, has died due to a heart attack. Reports suggest that the actor suffered a heart attack on Thursday morning in Uttar Pradesh’s Badayu village.
Firoz was in Badaun for some time and used to participate in various programs while staying in the city. Just a day before his death, he had shared a video of himself recreating Big B’s iconic scene from the film Coolie.
Condoling his demise, Bhabi Ji Ghar Par Hain actress Saumya Tandon told that, “Absolutely shocked and deeply saddened. He was too young to go. Worked with him for a short time, but I remember him being very calm, polite and respectful on the sets. He was very talented. I can never forget that episode where he became Amitabh Bachchan. It was a very hilarious episode, and it was a lot of fun. We were laughing when we were filming the scene. And as a washerman he was very special. As I talk, all the scenes done with him start flashing before my eyes. Ouch, this is very sad. I want all this to be a rumour”.
Firoz Khan’s Bhabi Ji Ghar Pe Hain co-star Charrul Malik paid tribute to him and remembered their time together. He said, “This is very sad news. I met him many times during award shows and at shows. He was a very gentle and down to earth person. His comic timing was amazing. He was very happy and cheerful. He once asked us to make a reel together, but we never got a chance to do so.
Bhabie Ji Ghar Pe Hai producer Binaifer Kohli also remembered Firoz’s kindness and sensitivity she recalled that “He was the nicest, sweetest person on the set,”. He was very pure and sweet and was easily scared that someone was going to admonish him.
Apart from Bhabi Ji Ghar Pe Hai, Feroz Khan worked on more than a few other TV projects, as well as Jija Ji Chhat Par Hain, Saheb Bibi Aur Boss, Happu Ki Ultan Paltan and Shaktimaan. He also appears in Adnan Sami’s music video for the song “Thodi Si Tu Lift Kara De”.
