Actor Bobby Deol remembered his late father Dharmendra with a heartfelt message on social media as the film industry marked what would have been the veteran star’s 90th birthday. Dharmendra, affectionately known as the “He-Man” of Bollywood, passed away last month, leaving behind a legacy that continues to inspire generations.
In his tribute, Bobby shared an unseen photograph with his father and penned an emotional poem. He wrote:
“Mere Pyaare Papa aur Hamare Pyaare Dharam, Aapki soch main yeh likh raha hoon. Duniya mein itna pyaar nahi jitna aapne hum sabhi ko diya. Har muskurahat, har tapakte aansoo mein saath nibhaya, Har mushkil mein haath badhaya. Us tarah jis tarah sirf hum sab ke Dharam kar sakte the.”
Bobby described Dharmendra as not just a cinematic icon but also a hero in his personal life, recalling how his father’s love, guidance, and humility shaped the family. He emphasized that Dharmendra never let stardom distance him from people, always carrying others along with warmth and compassion.
