Expressing concern on the backdoor appointment of untrained candidate, the All Nagaland Pre-Service Teachers Association (ANPSTA) has filed an RTI on the existing vacant posts of Primary Teachers. Barely two days after a bomb attack that injured a security personnel on sentry duty, a live Chinese hand grenade was found lying inside the transit camp of Assam Rifles in Imphal on Friday morning.
