Singer-actor SP Balasubrahmanyam’s condition has ‘deteriorated’, and he has been put on ‘maximal life support’, read a statement released by Chennai’s MGM Healthcare on Thursday. কিম্বদন্তী সঙ্গীত শিল্পী এসপি বালাসুব্রহ্মণ্যমের শারীরিক অবস্থা খুবই সংকটজনক বলে হাসপাতালের মেডিকেল বুলেটিনে জানানো হল। তাঁকে ম্যাক্সিমাম লাইফ সাপোর্টে রাখা হয়েছে। গত মাসের ৫ তারিখ করোনাভাইরাসে আক্রান্ত হয়ে হাসপাতালে ভর্তি হয়েছিলেন এসপি। তার দু’সপ্তাহ পর থেকে তাঁর শারীরিক অবস্থার অবনতি হওয়ায় তাঁকে আইসিইউ-তে রাখা হয়। তখন থেকেই ইসিএমও এবং ভেন্টিলেটরের সাপোর্টে রয়েছেন তিনি। দেড় মাসের উপর হয়ে গিয়েছে, বাড়ি ফেরা হয়নি এসপি-র। আর এখন উদ্বেগ উৎকন্ঠা আরও বেড়ে গিয়েছে পরিবার ও তাঁর অনুরাগীদের।
