Bollywood actor Salman Khan has taken steps to help Mumbai’s frontline workers as the crisis of covid-19 escalates in India. Salman Khan’s Being Human Foundation has revived its ‘Being Haangryy’ initiative from last year, which employs a food truck that travels across Mumbai, providing meals to police officers and frontline workers.
Under this initiative, the Foundation is able to provide food to more than 5,000 people every day, including frontline workers and the poor. Today, the actor himself came to support the front line staff and distribute food packets. He also checked the food that was being given to the first line heroes. He made sure that the following covid-19 guidelines as well as proper hygiene were being maintained.
