Dhurandhar races past ₹437 crore, eyes ₹450 crore milestone

Ranveer Singh’s latest release Dhurandhar continues its unstoppable run at the Indian box office, inching closer to the coveted ₹450 crore club within just two weeks of release. Directed by Aditya Dhar, the spy action thriller has emerged as one of the year’s biggest commercial successes.

According to trade tracker Sacnilk, the film collected approximately ₹25.50 crore on December 13, taking its total domestic earnings to ₹437.25 crore. The film has maintained remarkable consistency, with daily collections never dropping below ₹20 crore since its release on December 5.

The opening weekend set the tone for its blockbuster performance, with Dhurandhar earning ₹103 crore in three days — ₹28 crore on Friday, ₹32 crore on Saturday, and a massive ₹43 crore on Sunday. Strong weekday collections followed, including ₹23.25 crore on Monday and ₹27 crore on Tuesday, ensuring the film crossed the ₹150 crore mark within its first week.

By its 13th day, Dhurandhar had surpassed several notable hits, including Baahubali’s lifetime domestic record, positioning itself as the third-highest-grossing film of 2025 in India. Globally, the film has already crossed ₹639 crore, making it Ranveer Singh’s biggest box office success to date.

Industry analysts note that the film’s sustained momentum is driven by strong word-of-mouth, high-octane action sequences, and Singh’s commanding performance. With upcoming releases such as Avatar: Fire and Ash expected to impact collections, trade experts predict a temporary dip, but anticipate renewed growth over the weekend.
