E-learning app launched in Zunheboto

Step by Step School (SSS), Zunheboto launched its first e-learning app on January 16 at the school’s hall by DC Zunheboto, Peter Lichamo. The app was developed by Hika Zhimo.

A press release by SSS media cell stated that while launching the app, DC told that students that this platform was much needed and would help them get more into learning process.

He also thanked the mass and developer for making a step towards success in the field of education for students.

Principal of the school, Zhekugha Assumi said that the main aim behind launching the app was to let students experience the learning process not online but also through online process, so that they were always updated with what’s being taught by the teacher when they are unable to attend their class. He further said that the application was computable with most of the devices and was designed in a simple manner for students.

He further said that parents as well as students would be sensitised on how to use this application before the classes begin in February.

He added that as of now, the app was limited to students of Step by Step school, but the school as well as developers would work hard to develop the app for every student of the district and even beyond for a better education experience.

Earlier, programme was chaired by Zhekugha Assumi, invocation by GS STH, Viholi and benediction by youth secy., SBAK Nito Mount, Kasheli Rotokha. Programme was also attended by ZTYO and ZRSU.

It may be noted that the app is designed with loaded video lessons, notes, quiz and examinations etc which gives students the experience of the classroom.
