Actors Janhvi Kapoor, Varun Dhawan, and Nora Fatehi have expressed grief over the sudden demise of celebrity hairstylist Marce Pedrozo, a well-known figure in the film and fashion industry.
Taking to social media on Monday, Janhvi Kapoor shared an emotional note remembering the close bond she shared with Pedrozo during their work together on film sets and photoshoots. She recalled how they would often laugh about tight schedules and the chaos of shooting days.
“Every time I entered my van we’d look at each other and scream in a high-pitched mocking voice, ‘We have 20 minutes, chalo chalo chalo,’” she wrote. Kapoor said the moments captured the madness of their busy workdays but also the trust and joy they shared as collaborators.
Sharing photos with Pedrozo, the actor added that he was more than just a hairstylist on her team. “You weren’t just a part of my team. We were each other’s team,” she wrote, describing his presence during many of her creative journeys over the past few years.
Kapoor said she would miss seeing him at the beginning and end of every project, calling it one of the biggest honors of her life to have worked with him.
Several other members of the entertainment industry, including Varun Dhawan and Nora Fatehi, also paid tribute, remembering Pedrozo’s talent, warmth, and the energy he brought to film sets.
