One of the most known directors, filmmaker Madhur Bhandarkar has recently reacted to boycott bollywood trend. The filmmaker gave many hit movies like Page 3, Fashion, Heroine, and Chandni Bar.
Madhur Bhandarkar was seen in a podcast with Manish Paul where he opend about the boycott bollywood trend.
He said, “I have noticed that this (boycott) happened largely after the passing of Sushant Singh Rajput. Maybe the industry ignored him… He was from a non-film background and he came and he struggled… It was a very unfortunate, untimely demise and from there, the anger amid the public got aggravated. It is the public’s opinion.”
The filmmaker also Madhur said that, it will end soon because people go and watch the movies, including Kantara, The Kashmir Files, and Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2, even after Boycotting it.
