I feel privileged, says Anjali on working with Michael Madsen in Nishabdham.

Actor Anjali stars as Seattle-based police officer Maha in the upcoming Nishabdham movie. And she’s pretty optimistic about her character Maha given that she considers him as strong as his roles in movies like Engaeyum Eppothum and Angadi Theru.

“You won’t get strong, meaty roles every day. But, you have to be vigilant when it comes to yourself and put it to good use. Maha is one of those important roles, ”she told media.

Anjali describes Maha as a very strong and daring cop who works in the Seattle Police Department. And she did her homework to step into the shoes of an American policeman. “In addition to my appearance, I was trained for my role by stuntmen in the United States. They taught me body language and the use of guns. And all the things a cop will do. I used to practice 45 minutes before doing a scene, involving a chase or some sort of action, ”she recalls.

Maha is part of an investigation that revolves around Anushka Shetty’s Sakshi. “Anushka Shetty and I have a lot of combined scenes together. From the start we had a great rapport and this level of comfort helped us perform better in our stages together, ”she noted.

Anjali is also grateful that Nishabdham gave her the opportunity to work closely with Hollywood actor Michael Madsen. In the film, she plays Madsen’s fellow cop. “I feel privileged. You don’t have the opportunity to work with a Hollywood actor like Michale Madsen every day. I learned a lot from watching his performances. He talks to the camera like he’s talking to a co-star. I think this ease comes from his experience and he is extremely talented, ”she said.
