It’s flashier and louder — maybe a little too important during the climax of the film

“ What is reality?” This hysterical statement which is so brilliantly comical — summarises the sentiment bone has when watching Glass Onion cutters Out. What is the real verity? In this film, Rian Johnson enjoys watching you grapple at strands of verity along with operative Benoit Blanc. He dismantles the old homilies of murder mystifications and sneaks in his own ideas, creating a masterful whodunit. Glass Onion is exactly like its title, a rigorously drafted story that needs to be peeled precisely, unlike its prequel. The first film was a debonair whodunnit mystery interspersed with picky flashbacks —- a Cluedo game, in substance.

It’s flashier and louder — maybe a little too important during the climax of the film but still vastly amusing. It isn’t just a murder riddle — there’s too important end behind the scenes that we sluggishly find out in time and every putatively small throwaway detail adds to the story.
