Actor Janhvi Kapoor continued her annual birthday tradition by visiting the sacred Tirumala Venkateswara Temple to offer prayers to Lord Venkateswara.
As part of fulfilling a spiritual vow, the actress began her pilgrimage from the Alipiri Footpath and climbed the nearly 11-kilometer route with over 3,500 steps to reach Tirumala. She reportedly arrived on foot late at night and stayed on the hill before having a VIP break darshan at the temple early the next morning.
Following the darshan, Vedic scholars offered blessings with sacred chants at the Ranganayakula Mandapam, while temple authorities presented her with teertha prasadam.
Videos circulating online show Kapoor dressed in a simple white kurta as she climbed the steps of the Alipiri path, accompanied by security personnel. She was also seen performing prayers at Alipiri along with veteran actor Maheshwari before continuing her journey to the hill shrine.
Kapoor later visited the temple with Shikhar Pahariya and social media personality Orhan Awatramani, popularly known as Orry. The trio was seen interacting and sharing light moments while heading towards the temple premises.
Known to be a devoted follower of Lord Venkateswara, Kapoor frequently visits Tirumala on special occasions, including the birthday of her late mother Sridevi. In past interviews, the actor has revealed that she often takes film scripts to the temple before starting new projects, believing that the deity’s blessings bring strength and success.
Kapoor has also spoken about the importance of Pahariya in her life, describing him as a supportive and selfless presence for her and her family.
