Kareena Kapoor Khan is currently all over the internet with her much-anticipated film, Lal Singh Chadda finally releasing in theaters on August 11. The film stars Aamir Khan in the titular role alongside Naga Chaitanya (his Hindi film debut) and Mona Singh.
It is a remake of the 1994 American film Forrest Gump, itself based on Winston Groom’s 1986 novel of the same name, and directed by Advaita Chandan.
During a recent interaction, actrerss Kareena reacted to Laal Singh Chaddha’s boycott trend and said: “If you don’t like our films, don’t watch our films.” However, it was not well received by the audience and people said that she was being disgraceful.
Now, Kareena Kapoor, in a recent interview, responded to the claims and said: “I think it’s only a section who are trolling. But honestly, I think the love the film is getting is very different. These are a section of people who are probably on your social media. There is, which is probably like 1%.”
