In the next movie “Krrish 4,” actor Hrithik Roshan will take over as director, continuing his father Rakesh Roshan’s legacy in the franchise. Rakesh Roshan, the director of the first three installments of India’s largest superhero franchise, has revealed that the fourth installment is now in development. In collaboration with Rakesh Roshan, Yash Raj Films is producing the movie. Hrithik Roshan, the Indian actor who plays the franchise’s title character, will alternate between directing and performing in the movie. The movie’s production is scheduled to start early in the upcoming year.
Verifying the development Rakesh Roshan declared, “My son, Hrithik Roshan, who has been a part of this franchise since its beginning with me, is taking over as director of Krrish 4! Hrithik has a very clear and ambitious plan to advance Krrish’s journey with the audience throughout the ensuing decades.” Hrithik has experience in the domain of direction, having served as an assistant director on the sets of his father’s films, including “Karan Arjun. The practice of performers learning the ropes on a movie set, acquiring hands-on experience with the technical aspects of filmmaking, and then pursuing acting with their extensive understanding of filmmaking was really initiated by Hrithik. Rakesh Roshan is overjoyed that Aditya Chopra will be producing “Krrish 4” going forward.
