The main accused behind the actress abduction and sexual assault case of the year 2017, Pulsar Suni, and the Malayalam actor Dileep, has again tried to get bail by approaching the Kerala High Court.
A leading south Indian actress – who eventually recognised herself – had filed a case against assaulting and harassing done by a gang of goons in 2017 and filmed the assault to blackmail her.
The hearing of the case has been scheduled on 13th of February.
Last year in the month of March, his plea for bail was turn down by the high court and after that the accused tried to get it from Supreme court that too was rejected.
Suni has been in judicial custody after being arrested soon after the incident came to light in 2017.
