NCB’s witness in Aryan Khan’s drug case, Prabhakar Sail dies

Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) witness Prabhakar Sale died on Friday, April 01 during the Cordelia cruise ship drug case. His lawyer Tushar Khandare said that he died around 4 pm due to a heart attack. Prabhakar Sale was at his residence in Chembur’s Mahul area when he breathed his last. He was questioned in a drug case involving superstar Shah Rukh Khan’s elder son Aryan Khan. He leveled corruption charges against NCB witness Kiran Gosavi and the officer in charge of the case, Sameer Wankhede.

The news of his tragic death was tweeted, “NCB’s panch witness in Cordelia cruise drug case, Prabhakar Sail died yesterday. As per his lawyer Tushar Khandare, he died of a heart attack at his residence in the Mahul area of Chembur yesterday.”

He was the bodyguard of NCB witness Kiran Gosavi and alleged that Gosavi took Rs 50 lakh from a man after the raid on the cruise ship. Sali said, “I worked as Kiran Gosavi’s bodyguard. I assisted him during the Mumbai Cruise drugs case.”

The NCB named Sale as an “adverse witness” in the affidavit before the court. On October 18, a case was registered against Gosavi, who was seen approaching Bollywood actor Shah Rukh Khan’s son Aryan Khan at the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) office in connection with drugs-on-cruise.
