Actor Saif Ali Khan seemed to have ended on the wrong side post his recent interview in which he opened up about his upcoming film ‘Adipurush’ and on essaying the character of Raavan in the project. While his ‘humane’ Raavan statement stirred a controversy on social media, the 50-year-old has withdrawn his comment and apologised to all.
The actor is aware that his statement has hurt a section of people and thus issued a clarification. Reacting to the same, Saif has also aplogised and withdrawn his statement and said that he never intended to hurt anyone.
He further added, “Lord Ram has always been the symbol of Righteousness & Heroism for me. Adipurush is about celebrating the victory of good over evil and the entire team is working together to present the epic without any distortions.”
