Saiyaara’s Release Sparks Emotional Exchange Between Debutants Ahaan Panday and Aneet Padda

Mumbai, July 18, 2025 — The much-anticipated romantic musical drama Saiyaara, directed by Mohit Suri and produced by Yash Raj Films, officially premiered in theatres today, marking the Bollywood debut of Ahaan Panday and the first lead role for rising actress Aneet Padda. The film opened to strong advance bookings and early praise for its performances and emotional depth.

To commemorate the release, both lead actors took to social media to share heartfelt tributes to one another, capturing the attention of fans and industry insiders alike.

Ahaan Panday posted a photo of Aneet Padda standing in front of a Saiyaara billboard, accompanied by a deeply personal message. “To the girl in the yellow dress with the universe in her eyes… we have a new star up there now,” he wrote. “You’ve made mumma and papa Padda so proud, and you did it all by yourself.” He referred to Aneet as his “senior” and “mentor,” despite Saiyaara being his debut, acknowledging her prior experience in projects such as Big Girls Don’t Cry and Yuva: Sapno Ka Safar.

In response, Aneet Padda shared a nighttime photo of Ahaan in front of the film’s poster, expressing her admiration and affection. “This is what unconditional love looks like,” she wrote. “The world is going to see the beauty of @ahaanpandayy, but I’ve had the honour of seeing it up close, where it’s most true.” Her message concluded with a poetic tribute: “Ahaana meri jaana, woh tum ho – mere saiyaara, my superstar. Tere hone se sab kuch theek lagta hai”.

The emotional exchange between the two stars has resonated widely, adding to the buzz surrounding the film. Industry analysts note that Saiyaara is on track to become one of the highest-grossing debut films in Hindi cinema history, driven by strong word-of-mouth and the palpable chemistry between its leads.

As Saiyaara continues its theatrical run, the off-screen camaraderie between Panday and Padda is proving to be as compelling as their on-screen romance.
