The star has decided not to appear on the obvious TV shows for promotion which every bollywood film relies on before the release of a film.
Most of the buzz around the film has been created with the controversy surrounding the song Besharam Rang, with political figures and parties alleging that the song has hurt religious sentiments. Pathan has been part of news and entertainment as well as political discussions for over a month now.
The film stars Shah Rukh Khan, John Abraham and Deepika Padukone. Also according to sources, Salman Khan is also a part of this movie.
