Netflix has officially announced the release schedule for Stranger Things Season 5, the final chapter of the hit sci-fi horror series. The season will be released in three parts, starting November 27, 2025, followed by December 26, 2025, and concluding with the final episode on January 1, 2026.
Set in the fall of 1987, the story picks up after the events of Season 4, with Hawkins in ruins due to the opening of the Rifts. The main group is determined to find and defeat Vecna, but his whereabouts remain unknown. Meanwhile, the government has placed the town under lockdown and is actively hunting Eleven, forcing her into hiding once again.
The season will feature eight episodes, with returning cast members including Winona Ryder, Millie Bobby Brown, Finn Wolfhard, Gaten Matarazzo, and Noah Schnapp, among others. New additions include Linda Hamilton, Nell Fisher, Jake Connelly, and Alex Breaux.
Fans can expect high-stakes action, emotional moments, and a dramatic final showdown as the Hawkins crew faces their most dangerous enemy yet. The split release format aims to build suspense and keep audiences engaged throughout the holiday season.
