Katrina Kaif and Vicky Kaushal hit the headlines yesterday when the Mumbai Police swung into action after they received death threats through social media.
According to the news, the Mumbai Police has also registered a case against the unidentified person. But the latest reports revealed the identity of the person who sent the death threats. The man is Manvinder Singh who is a small-time actor.
On Monday, Vicky lodged a police complaint against Kaushal Singh saying that Singh had threatened her and his wife on Instagram.
According to reports, a Mumbai court on Tuesday sent Manvinder Singh to police custody till July 28. He apparently wanted to marry the actress and used to post photoshopped pictures of him with Katrina on social media. He has reportedly been stalking and harassing her on social media for the past few months. He then started threatening to kill the Namaste London actress and her husband Vicky Kaushal.
On Monday, Vicky Kaushal complaint to the police against Singh saying that Singh had threatened her and his wife on Instagram.
