During a promotional event for her upcoming film, 23-year-old Suhana spoke about sustainable fashion and cited Alia Bhatt’s recent move as a perfect example of repeating her wedding saree. Her comments are now going viral on social media platforms.
In a recent conversation, Suhana shared her appreciation for Alia Bhatt after the actor repeated her marriage at the National Awards ceremony. Sharing her views on sustainable fashion, she called Alia ‘incredible’ for repeating her wedding dress. “Recently, Alia again wore her wedding saree for the National Award and I think with a platform that has an impact, I thought it was unbelievable and a very much-needed message,” Khan said in a viral video.
She added, “And if Alia Bhatt can wear her wedding saree again, we can repeat an outfit for a party. We don’t realize that making new clothes creates waste that affects our biodiversity and environment. So, It’s very important.”
