Social media platform Twitter has retracted filmmaker Leena Manimekalai's tweet about her documentary "Kali", which is currently at the center of a controversy, in response to "an incriminating claim". In the tweet, posted on July 2, the Toronto-based director shared the poster of "Kali," which depicts the goddess smoking and holding an LGBTQ flag. "This tweet by @LeenaManimekali is being held in India in response to prison claims," check a message at the unique post location. It is unknown when the tweet was removed by the microblogging site.
