Actress Tanushree Dutt has accused that she was harassed by the “Bollywood mafia and Maharashtra’s old political circuit” for speaking out against injustice.
In 2018, Dutt sparked India’s #MeToo movement by reviving a decade-old case of alleged harassment against actor Nana Patekar.
“Bollywood mafia, Maharashtra’s old political circuit (which still has influence here) and vile anti-national criminal elements usually work together like this to make people (sic) suffer,” the former Miss India wrote in a lengthy Instagram post.
Dutt also said that she will now focus on his well-being, new business and job opportunities.
