The two major protagonists in “Rocket Boys,” Dr. Vikram Sarabhai and Dr. Homi Bhabha, were purposefully portrayed as common people rather than brilliant scientists, according to the film’s director, Nikkhil Advani. The first season of the Hindi period drama, written and directed by Abhay Pannu, debuted on SonyLIV in February of last year. On Thursday, the second chapter of the book was published. The first episode of “Rocket Boys” traced the activities of the two scientists in the fields of nuclear research and space exploration via the lives of Bhabha (Jim Sarbh) and Sarabhai (Ishwak Singh).
