‘কাইশ্যা’খ্যাত জাপানের অভিনেতা শিমুরা করোনায় মারা গেছেন

বাংলার দর্শকদের কাছে ‘কাইশ্যা’ নামে পরিচিতি জাপানের কমেডিয়ান কেন শিমুরা করোনাভাইরাসে আক্রান্ত হয়ে মারা গেছেন। জ্বর ও নিউমোনিয়ার কারণে ৭০ বছর বয়সী কেন শিমুরাকে ২০ মার্চ হাসপাতালে ভর্তি করা হয়েছিল। এর তিন দিন পর করোনাভাইরাস ধরা পড়ে তাঁর। একসময় অবস্থার অবনতি হতে থাকে তাঁর। অবশেষে গতকাল রোববার রাতে তিনি চলে যান না–ফেরার দেশে। আজ সোমবার কেন শিমুরার মৃত্যুর খবর জানিয়েছে জাপানের ন্যাশনাল ব্রডকাস্টিং অর্গানাইজেশন। বার্তা সংস্থা রয়টার্স জানিয়েছে, গতকাল রোববার চিকিৎসকেরা তাঁকে মৃত ঘোষণা করেন।
