Kashmera Shah, who is currently in Palm Springs, US, met with a ‘freak accident’ on Monday. The actor, who was last seen on a cooking reality show with her husband-comedian Krushna Abhishek, informed her fans about the incident on social media. She shared a picture of a blood-soaked tissue. When we contacted Kashmera, she informed that she is currently in the Emergency Room (ER) and will be able to talk later.
In an exclusive conversation with Screen, Krushna, who is still in India and was on his way for his shoot, opened up about his wife’s health. He revealed that she suffered a major injury but she is safe and is better now. He shared, “It was a major accident.
She is not able to talk because there was too much bleeding,” Krushna further added. But, she was taken to the hospital and is safe now. That was the most important thing for me, else I would have booked my tickets tonight itself.
She is in Palm Springs, not in LA, so I was tensed. Had she been in LA, we have so many friends there, sab bhaagte uske paas (everyone would go to take care of her),” Krushna added. “I have a special doctor in LA, Dr Anil, he is also going there. The main injury is on the face. She is at least safe, so main shooting kar raha hu, main kyun shooting kar raha hu? (I am shooting only because she is safe now),” he added. Sharing the pictures on her Instagram account, Kashmira wrote, “Thank God for saving me. Such a freak accident.
Something bad happened today I am missing my family so much @krushna30 #rayanksharma #krishaangksharma.” Her husband Krushna Abhishek and their kids Ryan and Krishang were not with her at the time of the incident.
Kashmira Shah and Krushna Abhishek keep travelling between the US and India with their sons Ryan and Krishang. Recently, Krushna returned to Mumbai with the kids, and he shared that it was his first flight without Kashmera.
