Alia Bhatt’s Ed-A-Mama is now a Rs 150 crore brand

Everyone knows who is Alia Bhatt but few know that this actress is also a successful businessman. Bhatt’s firm, Ed-A-Mama, is now a Rs 150 crore brand.

Ed-a-Mamma caters to children aged 2-14 and has been operating since October last year.

About the brand, Alia Bhatt said: “Ed-A-Mamma brings together two things that I care deeply about our planet and our children. So I decided to create a world that nurtures in children, the love of nature they fully know. That they certainly will. See what they love.”

Ed-a-Mamma is currently ranked as one of Myntra’s top three brands in the children’s wear category. It is distributed across the top six digital marketplaces and retailed on the brand’s own website. The company said that sustainable clothing for children at an affordable price point will be the cornerstone of the brand, while driving the overall brand mission, to make children and their parents love and care for their planet.
