COVID-19 vaccinations were held in various districts across the state of Nagaland

Medziphema: Second dose of vaccination began at Community Health Center (CHC), Medziphema on February 15, where SMO Dr. Nosezol Sezo and 27 beneficiaries received the first vaccine shots on January 18 were administered for the second dose. According to DIPR report, the second dose was given to the beneficiary after a gap of 28 days. A total number of 15 frontline workers also received their first Covid vaccination dose on February 15.

Wokha: Vaccination of COVID-19 for armed forces of 40th Assam Rifles, Wokha battalion and Chukitong out-post was held on February 15 at 40th Assam Rifles, Wokha headquarters and Chukitong, PHC. 92 army personnel (Wokha & Chukitong) and four frontline workers were administered. District Immunization Officer, Wokha, Dr. Khelito Zhimomi also informed that the second dose of COVID vaccine for the health care workers started on February 15 at Dr. Motsuo Memorial District Hospital, Wokha.

Dimapur: Receiving the vaccine shot, District nodal officer (SW) for Covid vaccination and CDPO (U) Dimapur, Robert Odyuo called upon all the anganwadi workers and helpers under Dimapur district to avail the vaccine provided by the government free of cost and not to believe in rumors and hearsay circulated on social media.
