‘Musafir Café’ actress Vedika Pinto is set to star opposite Lakshya in filmmaker Prosit Roy’s upcoming yet-to-be-titled psychological thriller. The project is being described as a distinctive romance with a psychological twist and is expected to offer a fresh take on the genre. Roy, known for directing the critically acclaimed series ‘Paatal Lok’ and the supernatural horror film ‘Pari’, most recently helmed the true-crime series ‘Raakh’. Pinto has earned recognition for her performances in Anurag Kashyap’s two-part crime drama ‘Nishaanchi’ and Neeraj Pandey’s romantic thriller ‘Operation Romeo’. Lakshya, meanwhile, was last seen in Vivek Soni’s ‘Chand Mera Dil’, opposite Ananya Panday.
