New Delhi, September 9 — Bollywood actor Aishwarya Rai Bachchan has filed a suit in the Delhi High Court seeking protection of her personality and publicity rights, following the circulation of unauthorised merchandise and AI-generated morphed images falsely attributed to her. The petition highlights growing concerns over the misuse of celebrity identities in digital spaces, particularly through artificial intelligence and fraudulent online platforms.
